I have put that day on my calendar! Sounds like they are really flexible! I am going to try to figure out how to post these as events on Facebook too! We may get some "traffic" that way!
Here is the training schedule for this week! I apologize for the delay in getting it posted! Looks like a bit of an easy week before they really "hit us" starting next week! Week 16 is when the suggest that you stick to the schedule as closely as possible!

Monday Rest
Tuesday 3 miles Easy walking
Wednesday 15 minutes Moderate cross-training
Thursday 5 miles Moderate walking
Friday 30 minutes Easy cross-training
Saturday 4 miles Easy walking
Sunday 3 miles Easy walking
Hope you all have a great week despite the wicked weather we are supposed to get! I think it will be "treadmill training" until the end of the week!
